This large scale, mixed-use urban regeneration project in central Birmingham creates over 700 apartments and 25,000 sq. ft of commercial space. This development focused on a waterside public space, opening up the river Rea from the culvert that has constrained it since the late 19th century and bringing the Rea Valley back through the city centre. This project was undertaken Prior to the formation of Atelier 88 Architects, as part of K4 Architects
