The Eastside Projects art gallery refurbishment in Digbeth, Birmingham was part of a process to re-examine the exhibition space for the gallery. The interventions had a practical purpose, forming workspaces for the gallery staff, but as they were inserted into the gallery itself they also formed part of the exhibition space.
