11 new build supported residential units for vulnerable young people in Ludlow conservation area. Includes an additional 13 units in the refurbished existing building, together with commercial workspace and community cafe. The form of the new build element echoes that of the existing building and the dark, copper clad exterior provides a backdrop to highlight the red brick of the historic grain loft.
