Harborne Architects / Listed Building / Refurbishment / Adaptive Re-use
Refurbishment of disused grade II listed Victorian school building and conversion to leisure and community use creating 12,000 sq.ft of commercial space. This iconic and much loved building on Harborne High Street, Birmingham was in a dilapidated state and was brought back to life by being re-purposed as a local food hub, featuring restaurants, a coffee shop and a food school, all based around a generous courtyard which was the former playground.
